Did you know that being physically active for at least 30 minutes five times a week could reduce your risk of cancer?
In 2015, Cancer Council commissioned research which found that every year one in three cancer cases can be prevented2. Through initiatives such as The March Charge, Cancer Council is helping to raise awareness about the lifestyle factors that help reduce your risk.

- Drinking too much alcohol
- Being overweight
